Thai Fish Cake.ทอดมันปลา

2 cup Cooking oil.
250 gm. fish fillet minced
1 tbsp. Red curry paste
1/2 tbsp. Fish sauce
1 tbsp. Egg beaten
1 tbsp. Tapioca flour
2 leaf Kaffir lime leaf thinly sliced
1/4 cup Wing bean or any green bean thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. Sugar
How to cook:
1. Mixed all ingredients together in a bowl until they are thoroughly combined.
2. Make fish cake mixture into small,flat cakes about 5 cm.in diameter.
3. Add oil into a wok ,heat up when it hot,add fish cake and fried them till are golden brown.
4. Served fish cake when they are still hot or warm with plum sauce or spicy& sweet chili sauce.
